Since 2013, my small team and I have been helping guests find lovely private holiday apartments in Tenerife South – mostly in Costa Adeje, which we know inside out.
We're an online business, so there's no high-street office to visit. But you'll never be dealing with a faceless website. I answer your messages myself, and our local team in Tenerife meet you at the apartment, are on hand during your stay, and see you off when you leave.
Plenty of our guests come back year after year – and that's what we're proudest of.
Richard
We only offer apartments we'd happily stay in ourselves – clean, comfortable and well looked after.
Most of our apartments are a short walk from the beach, promenade, cafés and restaurants.
The same small team from your first question to the day you fly home – no call centres, no chasing.
The price we quote is the price you pay, with no extra fees or hidden charges. A 30–40% deposit secures your booking.
A small taste of what we offer. We have many more across Costa Adeje, La Caleta, Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas.

Looking for something in particular? Tell us your dates and who's coming, and we'll send you our best matches – or browse all our apartments on the map.
Real messages and comments from our guests, just as they sent them. Tap any one to read it in full.

Let us know when you'd like to come, how many of you there are and anything that matters to you – a pool, a sea view, a ground-floor apartment.
We'll send you apartments that suit you, with photos and the full price – no extra fees or hidden charges.
Pay by bank transfer to our UK or euro account, by PayPal, or by card online. We then email your booking confirmation.
We meet you at the apartment, show you around and answer any questions. The balance is paid when you arrive.
Cancelling a booking is something we almost never do – just 0.3% of all bookings ever made with us. If it ever happens, we'll offer you another apartment if we have one available, and if not, we'll help you find an alternative.
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you give us at least two months' notice, we can arrange new dates for you, subject to availability.

It's a fair question – there are scams out there. We've been welcoming guests since 2013, many of them come back year after year, and you can read their messages above. You only pay a 30–40% deposit to book, and the rest is paid when you arrive and have seen the apartment for yourself.
We're an online business, so there's no high-street office – but we're very much real people. Richard looks after your enquiry and booking personally, and our local team in Tenerife meet you at the apartment, are on hand during your stay, and see you off when you leave.
The apartments
Our apartments are self-catering, each with its own kitchen, so you can eat in or out as you please. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are close by.
Towels, bed linen, a final clean, Wi-Fi and a hairdryer come with every apartment, at no extra cost.
It depends on the complex and the time of year. Each listing has the details, or just ask and we'll tell you for the apartment you're interested in.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just ask – we can often arrange it when there's no booking either side of yours.
Getting there
Costa Adeje is about 20 minutes by car or taxi from Tenerife South Airport (TFS). Flights from most UK airports take around 4 to 4½ hours.
Yes, we can arrange a private transfer, subject to availability. Just let us know your flight details in good time.
Not unless you'd like to explore the island. Day to day, you can get around Costa Adeje on foot, and taxis and buses are easy to find.
Weather
Not as you'd know it at home. In January, daytime highs average around 22°C with about six hours of sunshine a day. Evenings are cooler, so pack a light jumper. You can check any month with the weather tool above.
Booking and payment
A 30–40% deposit secures your booking. You can pay by bank transfer to our UK or euro bank account, by PayPal, or by card online. The balance is paid when you arrive.
No – all fees and taxes are included in the price we quote. The only other thing is a refundable security deposit, paid at check-in and returned at the end of your stay.
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you give us at least two months' notice, we can arrange new dates for you, subject to availability.
It's very rare – just 0.3% of all bookings ever made with us. If it does happen, we'll offer you another apartment if we have one available, and if not, we'll help you find an alternative.
Send me a message on WhatsApp or drop me an email, and I'll get back to you personally.
