Since 2013, my small team and I have been helping guests find lovely private holiday apartments in Tenerife South – mostly in Costa Adeje, which we know inside out.
We're an online business, so there's no high-street office to visit. But you'll never be dealing with a faceless website. I answer your messages myself, and our local team in Tenerife meet you at the apartment, are on hand during your stay, and see you off when you leave.

You only pay a 30–40% deposit to book, and the rest is paid when you arrive and have seen the apartment for yourself.
A 30–40% deposit secures your booking. You can pay by bank transfer to our UK or euro bank account, by PayPal, or by card online. The balance is paid when you arrive.
No – all fees and taxes are included in the price we quote. The only other thing is a refundable security deposit, paid at check-in and returned at the end of your stay.
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you give us at least two months' notice, we can arrange new dates for you, subject to availability.
Yes, we can arrange a private transfer, subject to availability. Just let us know your flight details in good time.
