– Non-refundable Deposit: The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest or a no-show, including Covid-related cancellations.

– Payment of Balance: The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, in euros, upon arrival. If you’ve been quoted in sterling, the balance in euros will be calculated using the international currency exchange rate at the time of booking.

– Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. We can accommodate different times, depending on availability. For check-ins after 10:00 pm, there is an additional charge of €20.

– Security Deposit: A security deposit of €300 (or €500 for villas) is required at check-in to cover any damages or breakages. This is fully refundable on the day of check-out, provided no damage has occurred. The deposit can be left in other currencies, such as sterling.

– Non-smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all of our properties. However, you may smoke on the balcony or terrace.

– Noise and Disruptions: We cannot be held responsible for noise from neighbours, nearby construction, road works, or unexpected pool closures. While we do our best to inform guests of any potential disruptions in advance, there may be works that proceed without prior notice.

– Respect for Neighbours: No loud parties are permitted at night. We ask our guests to be mindful of and respect their neighbours at all times.
