If your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 and you can’t come to Tenerife, this does not qualify for a refund of the booking deposit. We advise you to get travel insurance to cover yourself.

To secure a booking, we only need a 30% initial deposit. And you don’t pay the rest until you arrive to the property. More about the booking process here: How to Book

No, we only need a 30% initial deposit (in some cases, it’s 40%). You can pay that either via PayPal or via bank transfer to our UK or EU bank account. The rest is paid in cash and in euros upon arrival to the property.

We’ve been operating since 2013. Up to date, we’ve had thousands of happy customers staying at our properties. Some of them leave us feedback. You can find it on our Facebook page, Google Business, TripAdvisor and on the testimonials section of our site.

Another simple way to see if a company is a scam is to simply search thier name together with the word “scam” and see if there is anybody already hurt by a scam.

You can do so at any moment and you don’t have to pay any cancellation fee. The only thing you lose is your initial booking deposit. In some cases if you give us a long enough notice for us to find other guests for the cancelled dates, we can offer you to use the initial deposit that you paid for another booking.

COVID-19: If your flight is canceled due to Covid-19, we  will refund 100% of the deposit paid. This applies to all new booking and the bookings taken since March 2020.

Subject to availability, you can change the dates any time. If you want to add more guests, you can do that too. As long as there is availability to sleep additional guests. Please note, some of our properties carry a charge for additional guests.

 

It is very unlikely but still possible. Fortunately, there have been only a few cases when we had to cancel a booking due to our mistake. In such an event, no customer is left without accommodation. We offer an alternative or an upgrade at no extra cost to the customer. If the offered alternatives are not suitable, then we offer a full refund of the money paid and full assistance in finding accommodation from other companies.

We appreciate how much a cancelled reservation can affect holiday plans. So we take each booking very seriously and seek to provide best service possible from start to finish to avoid any disruption to your holiday.

Upon arrival, there are no additional charges to pay that were not mentioned before booking. All the mandatory fees and taxes are already included in the final price.

One additional extra that you have to pay upon the check-in is a refundable damage deposit. Usually, it’s €300. But it can be as little as €100, or as big as €500 (depending on the property). It can be left in other currency as well (i.e. British Pound). The damage deposit is returned in cash upon the check out should there be no physical damage to the property or its inventory.

The damage (or sometimes called security) deposit covers accidental damage to the property caused by the guest. It can vary from broken dishes to damaged furniture. We don’t charge our guests if the damage is caused due to our negligence, item already being liable to break soon or external causes, like wind, rain, flooding etc. If the damage is larger than the deposit, you are liable to cover the difference. If it’s smaller, then you get the difference refunded back to you.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for six weeks,vacating on 1st March this year.I can only reiterate what has been said in previous testimonials..The apartment balcony is south west facing getting mid afternoon evening sun looking out to the pool,in a quiet and peaceful complex with plenty of sunbed availability most days.Internally the apartment is in good order for the most part with a nice big bath. Tried to book for same period next year but already snapped up!
Stayed at the yucca apartments in Costa Adeje. The complex was very quiet clean and relaxing. The apartment was very nice very bright modern and clean, it had everything you would need. Richard was really efficient and was lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend. And will return in the future to these apartments.
