Confirmation of availability
Get in touch with us and get a confirmation of availability and price for selected dates and the property.
Small deposit
To secure a booking, you pay a 30% (in some cases 40%) booking deposit via bank transfer to a UK or EU bank account or via PayPal.
Booking confirmation
Upon receipt of the deposit, we email you the booking confirmation with all the details of the reservation.
Check in
Upon your arrival, we meet you at the property, show you around, answer any questions and collect the balance of the payment.
Enjoy the sunshine

I'd really like to thank you for your great communication from start to finish. Even though I had reservations at the start as never booked privately before. You were so patient and helpful.
Firstly I think it's great how you offer small deposit to secure and rest when arrive.
We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is of a high standard we were really pleased with it. Only downside to the Santa Maria is the size of the pool compared to the size of the hotel. Which we know is out of your control and wouldn't stop us staying again. Plus side the room has everything we needed. Also the location is great.
I wouldn't hesitate in booking with you again.

Having had 2 long winter breaks with “Away from rain” over the last few years we can honestly say they are 100% reliable and deliver what is promised. We were concerned about paying large deposits and paying cash balances in resort but it ensures the best possible price for your break and it does not change with exchange rates.
