On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with beds of 190×200 cm and 150×190 cm, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with a dining area and ocean views.
On the lower floor there are also two bedrooms with beds of 190×200 cm and 150×190 cm, a bathroom with shower, utility room for washing clothes and a terrace with a dining area and access to a shared garden.
On the middle floor there is a large living room with a sofa, a dining area for 8 people, an American kitchen and a toilet room. The living room has a terrace overlooking the ocean.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. Including: bedding, bath towels, kitchen appliances and household appliances.
The apartment has a router with unlimited internet access. The living room has a TV with SMART-TV and local channels.
Before arrival of guests we provide bathing accessories.
Parking is carried out along the street or in a paid parking lot down the street near the port.

Lovely Townhouse in a good location. Not ideal for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs in the complex and situated on a hill.

Stayed in this 4 bed townhouse for a week with 7 adults in March. Met by a friendly representative who gave us a full tour of the house and complex, and also helped carry our luggage!!
4 double bedrooms (2 each upper and lower levels) 2 bathrooms on bedrooms floors, 1 toilet just inside front door, utility room, 3 balconies, one with back garden access from bedroom downstairs. All balconies were furnished with tables and chairs and canopies. Fully fitted kitchen incl dishwasher, m/wave and full size fridge/freezer. All the presses and drawers had plenty of delph/cutlery/Pots etc.
Living area consisted of dining table, generous size couch, large curved TV with plenty of channels and WIFI.
We all loved our stay in the house, it’s well laid out and we didn’t feel at all cramped in it. It’s in a great location, pool area lovely and beach is a 5 minute walk. Bars and restaurants are a plenty in the immediate vicinity, shopping centre about a 5 minute walk, with plenty of shops and also a large supermarket. I’d recommend a stay and would definitely return.
If i had to recommend anything…it would be the installation of air con!! We had quite hot weather for March (35-30 degrees), while there were plenty of fans available in all rooms in the house, they are a tad noisy trying to sleep!!!
