A beautiful one bedroom apartment on a quiet Ocean Park complex in the heart of the Costa Adeje resort. The complex is situated in the San Eugenio area, known as a British area with many bars and pubs, restaurants and shops.
The apartment is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, shower, washing machine, safe box, TV with cable, free private WiFi etc. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The terrace gets a lot of sun during the day and from it you can admire ocean views.
The nearest beach is Puerto Colon and it’s about 5-7 minutes by walk. Another, a bigger beach, Playa Fanabe is about 10 minutes by walk. Right on site there is a small 24hr supermarket. And about 5 minutes walk from home you have a big Mercadona supermarket on the San Eugenio Shopping Center. Also, right next to the complex there is a public bus stop with buses running every 5 minutes. There is also the Siam Park shuttle bus that leaves from the same stop.

This apartment is part of a very quiet complex in a perfect area, with shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the lively area and beach just a short walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, was extremely clean and modern and also included a stunning sea view! The host is great at communication and was very quick to respond to all of my texts. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Costa Adeje!

My second stay here, was excellent as always, really nice owners. Fantastic location, a fantastic apartment. Lovely quiet complex, no problem getting a sun bed. If you would like a good breakfast with fab coffees, try the Admiral bar on the complex. Will look forward to our next time there.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment, the place is immaculate, very tidy and has a modern design. It has all of the facilities you would expect so it’s perfect for any length of stay, and also a lovely balcony that catches the sun for most of the day. It’s very central offering shops, restaurants and the beach within a 5-minute walk, but also very peaceful so you can get a good night’s sleep. The complex is very secure and quiet during the night. I had excellent communication with the host, check-in and out was very smooth. Overall I highly recommend this place, 10/10!

This place was amazing, exactly as pictured. Lots of spare towels which is always useful, and stunning views! Even though it was mid-July, the pool in the apartment complex was pretty much empty whenever we wanted a dip. It’s quite a quiet area too which is nice, but also close to everything. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and there’s a bus stop straight outside that goes to Las Americas. Overall, fantastic stay!

Quiet place not too far from the beach. Amazing ocean view from the balcony where you can enjoy breakfast. Perfect for sport fans since the balcony directly overlooks a tennis court. The pool is not heated so it is quite refreshing, there were enough sunbeds for everyone to enjoy. There is a 24h supermarket, bus stop, taxi pickup and a parking lot in the vicinity. Really enjoyed our stay, recommend!
