My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment. Its brilliant location close to the beach, restaurants and bars is perfect! The pool area is kept spotlessly clean and has plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The wet room is very nice and we found everything clean and comfortable. The patio area overlooking the pool is a gorgeous place to enjoy breakfast and read, we’re very happy!

Myself and my friend decided to book a late early holiday but hadn't used the website before. Liked the look of the Mango apartment, to be honest the barbecue settled it for me, so contacted for availability. Response was quick and soon had the apartment booked. The transfer on what was a really hot day (11th March) was so easy and quick thanks to Richard but we were a little disappointed when we arrived to find that the apartment was still being cleaned and to be honest did look a bit of mess. Richard did apologise for the delay and suggested we change and go for a walk, that was when we realised that there was no safe, see later in this testimony. When we returned about an hour later the apartment had been transformed. It was sooooo clean, think it had been done within an inch of its life. We usually wash pots etc before we use them in self catering but didn't feel the need to do this. From that moment onwards the place was brilliant and the back up from Richard was amazing. We requested wifi and it was promptly delivered on the Sunday with a discount for the fact we had missed a day. The safe arrived and was fitted on the Thursday, ok it was a bit late for us but was so good to realise that they are prepared to listen to their customers and act as promptly as they can. Could do with a can opener, luckily I knew how the one provided worked but may have been a problem for some younger guests lol. We have suggested that extra pillows would be a good idea, sound like we moan but honest we don't lol. All in all an excellent relaxing holiday and the transfer back to the airport again was excellent Would highly recommend and will use awayfromrain again, although we have your number Richard !!! lol

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday at the end of January and beginning of February 2017. The apartment was very clean and well equipped (just lacked a hairdryer but I managed!). The roof terrace is amazing - a real sun trap if you enjoy soaking up the rays. The complex is small and beautifully maintained with pretty gardens and a very inviting swimming pool. We met a few of the neighbours who were all friendly and very welcoming. There is everything you could need in the immediate area; cafes, shops and bars are right outside and the bus stop is just three or four minutes walk away. From there you can get anywhere around the island if you want to be adventurous and not rely on the the excursion operators. Ten minutes walk away are many upmarket designer shops and stylish cocktail bars - great to spend the afternoon doing a bit of people watching. I highly recommend Colon 1, we look forward to returning when we can.

We were the first guests in the recently refurbished Rosamar Apartment in Los Cristianos in November 2016. Richard and Artur were more than helpful at every stage of the booking, airport transfers and meeting us at the apartment. We have stayed in Los Cristianos many times over the last 15 years usually at the top of the hill, this was a real pleasure to be closer to the promenade, beaches, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is everything it says in the description and photographs in a delightfully quiet private block. We will use this apartment again.

just back from a sunny week in fanabe... Stayed in 1 bed apart in the Yukka park hosted by Richard... Apartment was great and in a great location just 5min from beach and in lovely quiet complex...near shops and restaurants and had a lovely sunny balcony overlooking the pool...there was a small hiccup when we arrived trying to gain access into the apartment Richard had been trying to contact me to let me know the arrangement for getting the key had changed that day but unfortunately I had forgotten to take my phone off flight mode and did not get his calls/messages until later that evening by which time we had booked into a hotel for the night...however Richard was very apologetic and explained what had happened and were to get the key which was available but we collected it the following morning and Richard came to see us later in the week to discuss the issue and also refunded us for the night we had to stay in the hotel the situation was resolved in a very professional and efficient manner.... so the question would we stay here again...absolutely other than the issue with the key we had a lovely stay in the Yukka park and it was a pleasure to deal with Richard.

From beginning to end Richard was amazing!!He was prompt in replying to any enquiries prior to booking the apartment and was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times. He is very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.If you have any questions regarding the area he will have the answer and will arrange any excursions or activities such as Siam/Loro park etc that you want to attend.The apartment itself is exactly as you see in the photos. The apartment is spotless and well looked after.it is fantastically equipped with everything you need, plenty of towels, bed linen, crockery etc.The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes as well as a large set of drawers, so plenty of storage space. It is literally home from home.There is a brand new floor standing fan in the apartment which was great, especially with the temperature being so high in July. The apartment terrace is large and overlooks the pool, it gets the sun around 2pm. There is also a small terrace at the back of the apartment which is accessed from the bedroom. The pool area is lovely and clean and despite being there during peak season we had no problem getting a sunbed. The pool bar within the complex is very reasonably priced and the food and drinks are lovely. The apartment is in an excellent location, less than 5 minutes from the beach.You have plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops on your doorstep, as well as doctor, pharmacy and supermarket next to the complex, however as the complex is situated back from the street the complex it is very quiet and peaceful . The apartment is very secure, and the complex has key lock security gates and the main entrance is secured with lock and key pad entry. The location, value for money and facilities are fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Richard.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location. Rich met us at the apartment which is very easy to find in a taxi from the airport. (~€35). He provided us with maps and information about the local area which was very helpful. The apartment is literally less than 5 mins from the beach in an almost straight line! Lots of restaurants very close by with so much choice from steak to pasta to tapas. The apartment complex itself is very quiet as it is back from the street and it is very safe. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on a holiday. The balcony is shaded but in the afternoon you get the evening sun. The pool area is very clean and there is plenty of sunbeds for everyone! We will be back!

Rich was a fantastic host who was very responsive to our needs. He greeted us at the villa when we arrived and was only a phone call away to any issues we had. He made us feel very welcome. The villa was stunning with lots of room and a couple of lovely outside areas that we made the most of. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission for our stay although we were compensated adequately for this. We were very close to the beach and had a supermarket under 5 minutes away from us which was very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this listing to others.

The villa is really great! Perfect location close to the shops and beach, well equipped, nice swimming pool. Ideal for 8 people (4 closed rooms), but can sleep 4 more in 2 open rooms. Rich has been a great host before and during our stay in the villa! He offered to organise all sort of activities for us. As we had our own agenda already planned, we didn't organise anything through him, but I'm sure he could have helped us organise nice things. A little bit pricey, but the Costa Adeje area is very fancy, so the price tag must be in the range of what is available in this area. All in all we spent a great holiday in this villa managed by Rich!

My wife and were at Yucca Park 1st to 15th November and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful there and in the evenings you could hear a pin drop. We stayed in apartment 214 and it was very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The pool area was cleaned every morning and there were always plenty of sunbeds as you can only get them at 9.30 in the morning so it stops people hogging them. There is a bar by the pool but I only used it once though it does a selection of snacks and a Sunday lunch. The drinks are a little more than outside but not excessively so. Richard was a great host and nothing was too much trouble for him and we would not hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for six weeks, vacating on 1st March this year. I can only reiterate what has been said in previous testimonials.. The apartment balcony is south west facing getting mid afternoon evening sun looking out to the pool, in a quiet and peaceful complex with plenty of sunbed availability most days.Internally the apartment is in good order for the most part with a nice big bath. Tried to book for same period next year but already snapped up!
